From time to time, we get questions from members about FOS Diners Rewards. To make sure that you know how the program works, here is a list of the most frequently asked questions and the answers to them:
Question: Do I earn FOS Diners Rewards points when I use a gift card to pay my bill?
Answer: No; Points are accumulated at a rate of one point for every dollar spent on food and beverage less any discounts, gift card redemptions or deductions.
Question: Can I check my point and dollar balances online?
Answer: Yes; Please visit our Online Account Manager to learn how to securely view your FOS Diners Rewards account information, update any personal information, and view balances & transactions online.
Question: If I purchase a Gift Card at Ruth's Chris Steak House or Havana Club, do I earn FOS Diners Rewards points?
Answer: Yes; If you are an FOS Diners Rewards member and you purchase Gift Cards, you'll earn one point for every dollar you spend.
Question: If I host a party, banquet, luncheon or some other large function, will I earn FOS Diners Reward Points?
Answer: Yes; of course! If you're an FOS Diners Rewards member and are paying for the Private Dining function, you'll earn FOS Diners Rewards points! However, only the member paying the bill may accumulate points.
Question: Do I earn FOS Diners Rewards points on the tax on my check and the tip that I leave?
Answer: No; FOS Diners Rewards points are awarded on food and beverage only.
Question: Can I accumulate FOS Diners Rewards points if I do not have my card with me at the time I make a purchase?
Answer: No; not immediately. In order to receive your FOS Diners Rewards points, you will have to send the original receipt to the corporate office of Big Steaks Management for membership verification and point accumulation.
Question: How do I redeem FOS Diners Rewards points?
Answer: It's very easy and simple. To redeem points for rewards, just call us at 410.653.2133, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm EST, and let us know what you would like to redeem. Your points will be deducted from your account and loaded onto you account within 24 hours or mailed to your attention within two business weeks.
